Quiet images aren’t completely wrong, it’s the type of quiet image I produce that I need to consider. I love Freya Payne’s etchings, so deeply, painfully beautiful.
I’ve added the etching of mine after Freya Payne’s dark and contemplative print because there’s a striking link here. Maybe I go back to this piece, I discard my work too quickly. Scared of failing at it. What is also striking is what I want to create versus what I am currently producing.
